Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-05-17

Acceptance

By joining the PalletScout waitlist or using the PalletScout Chrome extension or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What PalletScout is

PalletScout is a decision-support tool for liquidation pallet buyers. It returns estimates based on third-party data (Amazon Buy Box, Keepa price history, FBA fee tables). Estimates are not financial advice and are not guarantees of profit. You are solely responsible for your buying decisions.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Pro and Power) are recurring monthly subscriptions billed in advance in US dollars via Stripe. Each renewal continues for another month at the then-current rate until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Stripe billing portal linked in your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access for the remainder of it. We may adjust prices for future renewals on 30 days' notice by email. Taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST) are calculated and collected by Stripe based on your billing address where applicable.

Founder lifetime offer

The $99 lifetime offer is limited to the first 100 paying customers. “Lifetime” means for as long as PalletScout continues to operate as a service. If we discontinue the service entirely, the lifetime grant ends with it; we'll give 30 days' notice and a pro-rated refund where required by law. Founder access is non-transferable and may not be resold; it is tied to the Google account used at checkout.

Refunds

If PalletScout's verdicts are demonstrably wrong on your first month of paid usage, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund that month in full. Outside that window, subscriptions are non-refundable but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. We retain the right to refund or credit accounts on a case-by-case basis where required by consumer-protection law.

Your account

You are responsible for the security of the Google account you use to sign in to PalletScout, for keeping your contact details current, and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. One human per account; team-use is covered by future team plans.

Acceptable use

  • Don't reverse-engineer the extension or our API.
  • Don't resell PalletScout output as your own product.
  • Don't scrape or pound the API beyond your plan's limits.
  • Don't attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or paywalls.
  • Don't use the service to violate any law or any third party's rights.
  • One account per person; team plans cover team use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, attempt to harm the service, or initiate chargebacks without first contacting support.

Intellectual property

PalletScout, our logo, our website, our extension, and the underlying source code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your paid plan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business. You retain ownership of the manifest data you upload; we use it only to produce the verdicts you request and to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including lost profit on individual pallet purchases or business decisions made on the basis of a verdict. Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or US$100 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).

Termination

You can stop using PalletScout at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these terms, if continued service would expose us to legal or security risk, or if we discontinue the service. On termination the licence to use PalletScout ends and any outstanding fees become due. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of the country in which they reside where local law requires. We'll always try to resolve issues by email first — please reach out before escalating.

Trademarks

B-Stock, Direct Liquidation, Liquidation.com, BULQ, Amazon, Keepa, and other product names mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. PalletScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Changes

If we update these terms materially, we'll bump the date above and notify registered users by email.
