Can I cancel any time?

Yes — open the billing portal from your dashboard and cancel. Stripe prorates the current month; you keep access until the period ends.

When does the monthly quota reset?

Midnight UTC on the 1st of each calendar month. The dashboard shows your current usage and the exact reset time.

What happens when I hit the Free quota?

The extension returns a clear quota-exceeded message and the Upgrade button. Pro and Power are unlimited.

How does Pro start? Do I have to reinstall the extension?

No. The extension uses the same Google account you sign in with on this site. The next pallet analysis after checkout reads your new tier automatically.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). Apple Pay and Google Pay where Stripe supports them. We never see or store your card details.

Is the Founder deal really lifetime?

Yes — one $99 payment, Pro forever. Capped at 100 buyers. Lifetime in this context means as long as PalletScout exists; if we ever wind down we'll give 6 months' notice.

What about refunds?

If PalletScout's verdicts are obviously wrong on your first month's analyses, email hello@palletscout.app and we'll refund the month. After that, cancel any time from billing.
